Psychosis Film Premier competition
"Director Reg Traviss has followed up the sweep and scale of Joy Division with something smaller and more British. Psychosis is a feature length remake of one third of the cult horror anthology, Screamtime."
"Indeed, the film will be hitting disc soon - on July 19th - but on the way, it’s stopping by The Prince Charles Cinema for a premiere presentation on Tuesday July 13th. If you win this competition, you could be there too and get to see the movie, as well as director Reg Traviss and stars Charisma Carpenter, Ricci Harnett and Justin Hawkins. There’s going to be a Q&A before the screening too, so get your best questions ready. “Where the hell have you been?” just won’t cut it."

Psychosis - The Sun
The Sun featured Reg Traviss today, the Director of horror movie Psychosis.
"The Darkness star Justin Hawkins also crops up as a tattooed rock musician in the movie, which was based on a short horror story Reg saw in the early eighties.
"There was a rock musician in the script, and I wanted to get a real rocker for the role," explained Reg.
"Justin was really up for it because he's a big horror fan."

RockSins Review: Oaf - Botheration
"Embracing influences and the passion of bands such as Cardiacs to the more melodic aspects of Kyuss, Oaf give us such delights as the self depreciating 'I’m Retarded', the astonishing 'Giant Ballbag' featuring Justin Hawkins (Hot leg) and the stellar cover of 'Living on the ceiling'."

The Boston Globe - Meat Loaf interview
Q. You have a lot of your famous friends on here, including Justin Hawkins of the Darkness, Jack Black, Steve Vai, and Brian May of Queen. You even have “House’’ star Hugh Laurie playing piano on one track. Did you invite him to the recording sessions when you did a guest spot on the show last season?
A. Yes, but Hugh Laurie and I did comedy sketches with Stephen Fry in London in 1985. And I was good friends with Freddie [Mercury] and Brian and Roger Taylor [of Queen] since the late ’70s. I’ve known Steve Vai since the early ’90s. And Justin Hawkins of the Darkness opened for us for about 24 shows right before they broke. I loved them.

Darkness Rumours again...
The Darkness 'reunion' rumours that you may have been reading (again) are being denied. Justin himself has expressed on twitter "If there was any truth in the Darkness reunion rumour then it wouldn't be a rumour."
And also, the latest articles of Ed Graham becoming a dad are also untrue - I'm sure Ed must be surprised to learn this through the press!
